Revisit the City of Hamelin in this classic fairy tale. The Pied Piper charms the rats, enchants the children, and magically teaches the grown-ups about honesty and happiness. A new generation can delight in this traditional tale. CTG has previously presented the classic version of this story in 1975 and a modern version in 1991.

Synopsis
This enchanting version of the classic tale shows us just how amiss things are in the city of Hamelin. Not only are the citizens plagued with an amazing abundance of rats; they are also plagued by an acute lack of appreciation for their own children ... a situation the Piper tries to set right. The resulting conflict breathes new life and meaning into this very famous story.
