MICHAEL MCDERMOTT
Michael McDermott has always been an audience favorite at CST, and CST has become on of Michael's favorite venues as well. That combination makes for a special evening, and this show promises to reach new levels. 
His music has always been a powerful, often painful, look into Michael's heart and soul. This time, he's got a brand-new album, Ashes, which has some of his strongest material in years. The process of writing and recording Ashes has truly revitalized Michael - recent concert reviews have all said that he now walks out on stage like he owns the room, and the audience better strap in and hold on...
This is a perfect way to break out of the mid-Winter doldrums. If you've seen Michael play CST before, you know what we're talking about. If not, you definitely owe it to yourself this time.

ACOUSTIC X
Chris Sulcer, Darren Locasto and Lou Samaniego have been playing around the region variously as Electric X with a full band, as Acoustic X by themselves, and occasionally solo. Since they usually have to play cover songs in a bar or club setting, they always enjoy playing CST because we give them the room to stretch out and do their own material. Their style is folk/pop with a very nice Beatle-esque flavor, and they've been working on some brand-new material.
